Repeatedly, that company informed me that I was at fault for the returning bugs. Needless to say, I was very humiliated by the spraying experience and desperately needed answers and a definitive solution, so I was more than surprised when both gentleman, Kaden and Jason were both professional, thoughtful and patient.

MWBBS Preparation/treatment:Midwest Bedbug Services (Jason) thoroughly prepared me and entertained each of my questions related to bedbugs and assured me that only “heat”would eradicate the bedbugs. This made the cost worth it!Jason also communicated with me as he did a “walk through,” prior to the heat treatment and was very gracious when he realized I still had crayons to remove.Jason was gracious and flexible, willing to also communicate with my friends, as I needed to be out of town during the heat process.

My friends both said he was very professional and easy to work with.Ten minutes into the treatment, Jason called to inform me that my blinds were melting so he took them down. I was grateful for the kind communication.Closure:Jason called to confirm that he had finished the process and spoke honestly about how warm my home might still be when I returned. He answered all of my questions about the warranty and assured me Midwest Bedbug Services would repeat the treatment if I saw any bedbugs in the 90 day time frame at no cost to me!The only improvement I would dare to suggest is that Midwest Bedbug Company communicate with any neighbors honestly and as brief as possible because some neighbors may choose to embellish even the slightest untruth like, “we are doing a water treatment, instead of bedbug treatment.”
